At Buad 90, we offer interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and other GCC countries. Our process begins with understanding the space and project needs, and developing a design direction. This is followed by space planning, 3D visualization, and the selection of appropriate furniture, materials, and details for the space. We also provide personal shopping and styling services, full interior design, and furniture and decor sourcing from Türkiye for projects in GCC countries. These services can be implemented independently or as part of a comprehensive design scope, depending on the project's needs and stage.

How to start your project with Buad 90?
We transform your project needs into a clear and well-considered design vision, starting with understanding the space and your requirements, moving through defining the scope of work and design direction, and culminating in design development and selecting the appropriate details for the project.
We start with a free consultation to understand your project, identify your needs, and determine the appropriate services for you. If the project requires a deeper study and detailed recommendations, we move to a paid consultation, through which you receive a customized plan and guidance for your project.

Book your free consultation
Speak with one of our consultants and share the details of your project, the space, your needs, the current stage, and the desired outcome. We listen to your requirements and determine how we can help you and which services are most suitable for your project.

Paid Consultation and Project Plan
After the free consultation, if your project requires more detailed study and guidance, a paid consultation is scheduled. During this session, we review the project's needs in greater depth and determine the proposed direction, priorities, scope of work, and the services the project requires.
Outcome: A clear plan and tailored recommendations that help you determine how to take the project to the next phase.

Choose the right services for your project
Based on the presented plan, you can choose the services you wish to implement with us, whether it's a standalone service or a set of services within a comprehensive interior design project.
When purchasing one of the services proposed in your plan, 20% of the consultation fee paid will be deducted from the service's value. If no service is purchased later, the consultation fee will remain as paid for the consultation and plan provided.

Let's start developing your project
After the services are approved, we begin working on the project according to the selected service scope: from developing design direction, space planning, and 3D designs, to selecting furniture, materials, and decor, or preparing for purchase and supply, depending on the project's needs and agreed-upon services.

We convert the proposed design into 3D renderings that help you visualize the space before execution. The visualizations show the furniture arrangement, colors, materials, lighting, and key elements, which helps review design decisions and make adjustments before starting implementation.

Price depends on the scope of service and required products.
We help you choose furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories, and complementary elements that suit your space design and budget. The service can include product research, coordinating selections, preparing a shopping list, and assisting in creating a cohesive space instead of purchasing individual pieces separately.
