- 3D Renders.
- Furniture and product selection.
- Personal shopping services (online or on-site, as per project needs).
- Sourcing and shipping furniture and decor products from Turkey, upon request and agreement with the client.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, we offer an initial free consultation to understand the client's needs, listen to project details, and determine the appropriate steps.
The free consultation does not include a full design or detailed plans. Advanced guidance and details are provided as part of our paid services.
How does the design process begin?
The process begins by:
- Booking a consultation or contacting us.
- Discussing project needs, space, budget, and design preferences.
- Selecting the appropriate service.
- Completing the required payment.
- Sending the service contract to the client for signature, which includes project details, scope of work, agreed-upon services, and estimated completion time.
- After signing the contract, the client sends the required project information such as photos, measurements, plans, and requirements.
- The BU’D 90 team begins work on the project.
Do you offer remote design services?
Yes, most of our services are offered remotely, allowing us to serve clients across various Gulf countries.
Some personal shopping and product selection services can also be provided on-site or online, depending on the project nature and client needs.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes, we provide our services to clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf countries, and most design services can be carried out remotely.
Do your design services include implementation?
No, our services are limited to design, preparation of plans, guidance, and product selection.
We have companies and collaborators in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that can be referred to if the client needs an implementation company or contractor, should they not have their own.
Do you offer furniture and product purchasing?
Yes, we offer product selection and personal shopping services. We can also source and ship furniture and decor products from Turkey, upon request, project nature, and agreement with the client.
Can only one part of the house be designed?
Yes, one space or several spaces can be designed according to the client's needs, whether it's a single room, a specific part of the project, or the entire project.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The completion time varies depending on:
- The type of service required.
- The project area.
- The level of detail required.
- The client's speed in providing necessary information and approvals.
The estimated duration is specified in the service contract before work begins.
Can the design be modified?
Yes, each service includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the package or agreed upon with the client.
Any significant changes or additions outside the agreed scope of work may require additional fees and a new completion timeframe.
What do you need to start working on my project?
We usually need:

Can the service be canceled after payment?
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which clarifies cancellation terms and eligible refund amounts.
